6th Class Cycling Programme

6th Class began their 6-week Cycle programme yesterday with Cycle Right. They had an hour of theory today followed by an hour outdoors on the bikes. This first session session included a background to cycling, bike safety, emergency stopping, bike maintenance, gears, brake checks and much more.
