Fourth Class and Lauren and Blake (Chairs of the Green Committee) attended the Green Schools Ireland Conference on the Global Goals at the Radisson Hotel on Tuesday. They learnt about the Global Goals including Gender Inequality, Climate Action and World Poverty. They took part in games and activities, as well as watching presentations from other schools. There were schools from all over Munster as far as Co. Clare. Our pupils answered questions and took part in discussion via the roving mic. Many thanks to the Parents Association for agreeing to sponsor the bus transportation.
