This week was Healthy Eating Week and we had a fantastic week of activity with a great food tasting morning on Thursday organised by our Parents’ Association who provided a feast of tasty treats for everyone. Our thanks to the sponsors who were so generous – Eurospar in Passage West, Supervalu in Carrigaline, Lidl and the Auto Centre in Rochestown. Thank you to Fionnuala O’ Connell who made the wonderful smoothies and well done to all the winners of the Healthy Eating competitions held throughout the week. A special thank you to Ms. O’ Brien, Ms. Mulrooney and Ms. Matthews who organised the event for us. Míle buíochas!
