Principal’s Awards : Well done to the recipients of December’s Principal Award winners : Rachel Gardiner (First Class) for her kindness to others, her great participation in class and for always trying her best, Morgan Kelleher (First Class) for excellent behaviour in class and in the yard and always giving 100%, Rian Moynihan (Second Class) for his big improvement in class, working hard on his quiet hand up and dealing with problems in the class and in the yard, David Brooker Murphy (Second Class) for trying really hard and working independently, for being kind and always having a smile on his face, Rita Mae Browne (Third Class) for always listening, improving her handwriting, super spellings, and always contributing in class, Amelia Ahern Breen for her hard work and effort in improving her spellings and writing and her constant enthusiasm and contributions in class, George Pritchard (Fourth Class) for his effort in Irish and Maths, contributions to class discussions, his helpfulness and cheerful nature, Aoibhe Killeen (Fourth Class ) for her maturity and keen sense of responsibility along with her commitment and hard work, Lucy McCarthy (Fifth Class) for all her hard work this term and the great work she put into making the chimney for our Christmas poem, Niky Lyons (Fifth Class) for always being consistent in his school work and for the great progress he has made in Irish, Shauna Kelly (Sixth Class) for being such a hard worker, her helpfulness and her delightful personality and Aidan O’ Flynn (Sixth Class) for bringing such a cheerful, happy atmosphere to the classroom while making hard work look easy.
