Well done to the winners of December’s Principal Awards – Ciara James (First Class) for being an excellent worker and always doing her best, Tim McCarthy (First Class) for excellent effort and participation in Irish, Sarah Hallissey (Second Class) for hard work, neat presentation of work, a very positive attitude and helpfulness, Scarlett Peterson (Second Class) for a great attitude, hard work and kindness to others, Sarah Finnegan (Third Class) for a fantastic attitude and great use of Gaeilge, Nicole Dinan (Fourth Class) for enthusiasm, motivation, infectious good humour and hard work, Ethan Hartigan (Fourth Class) for hard work, determination and achievement in Term 1, Seán Kelleher (Fifth Class) for sár iarracht ag caint as Ghaeilge, Lucy Bateman (Fifth Class) for being an inspiration to others with her love of Reading, Gearóid Sheil (Sixth Class) for enthusiasm, hard work, a positive attitude and participation in class and Maria Viehmann (Sixth Class) for a positive and friendly attitude, fitting into a new class and her excellent work ethic.
