Today we bid a sad farewell to Jolanta, our cleaner, who has been with us for ten years and is now returning to Lithuania. Jolanta has given a selfless and dedicated service to the school during the past ten years and has willingly given her time on many of the special occasions celebrated in the school during the years. The Student Council presented her with a card designed by Agnes Garbuz (Fifth Class), signed by all the pupils and a poster designed by Simone Jennings (Fourth Class). She was also presented with gifts from the Staff, Board of Management and the Parents’ Association. Jack Hallissey (Sixth Class) gave a speech thanking her on behalf of the entire school community. Go raibh míle agat, Jolanta. You will be sadly missed. Go n-éirí an bóthar leat!
