This week 6th class went on a walking tour of Cork City. We learned all about the medieval city visiting sights like Bishop Lucy Park and Elizabeth Fort and UCC. A great day out had by all.

This week 6th class went on a walking tour of Cork City. We learned all about the medieval city visiting sights like Bishop Lucy Park and Elizabeth Fort and UCC. A great day out had by all.
Our 5th and 6th class girls partook in this years Sciath na Scol Football competition in Crosshaven. We played Sommercove, Crosshaven, Dunderrow. We narrowly missed out on making it to the final. Girls played a stormer and represented the school brilliantly.
Congratulations to all the boys and girls in Rang 2 who made their First Holy Communion on Saturday. A special word of thanks to Ms. Irish and all of the other adults who helped to prepare for the special day. Well done to all!
